We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How refunds are handled

Our payments and orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all FlipNode purchases. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from your membership page. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid period and you won't be charged again.
